Rolltrak Parts Matching Guide
Looking to replace hardware identified by a Rolltrak part number? we can help compare your existing window or door hardware with the replacement parts available from Glideworks.
How to match an existing part
Record the Rolltrak part number from the packaging or existing hardware where available. Identify the window or door manufacturer and model separately, because the replacement hardware reference alone may not identify the frame system.
Compare the part's overall dimensions, mounting-hole spacing, shape and operating mechanism. For rollers and carriages, also check roller diameter, flat or grooved profile, axle size, carriage dimensions and adjustment positions. For handles and catches, compare handing, fixing points and tongue or catch shape.
Do not select a replacement solely because it looks similar. Differences in dimensions or mechanism can prevent a correct fit.
Need help finding a possible alternative?
Contact Glideworks before ordering with your Rolltrak part number, clear photos of the original hardware, its measurements and any identifying marks on the window or door frame. For rollers and carriages, a photo of the removed assembly is especially helpful.
A direct equivalent should only be selected once the relevant specifications have been compared and compatibility confirmed.
Rolltrak is used here as a reference to hardware customers may be replacing. Products are not represented as genuine Rolltrak components unless expressly stated on the individual product page.
