BALANCE SPIRAL UNIT 520 10-14KG WITH NO FOOT TP Black – W615203017

Heavy-duty balance spiral unit designed for single-hung or double-hung window applications. This 520-series mechanism supports sashes weighing 10–14 kg and is engineered without a foot attachment for streamlined installation in tight spaces or custom frame configurations.

The spiral balance system uses precision-wound springs to counterbalance window sash weight, reducing the effort required to open and close windows while maintaining smooth, controlled operation throughout the lift cycle. Constructed from durable materials with a matte black finish, this unit resists corrosion and blends discreetly into window frames.

Ideal for renovation projects, new builds, or replacement installations where reliable sash support is essential. No-foot design allows flexible mounting on existing hardware or custom brackets. Fits standard window frame channels and compatible with common window hardware configurations.

Installation requires basic hand tools and fits most single or double-hung window frames. Ensure accurate weight calculation of your sash before purchase to confirm compatibility with the 10–14 kg load range. Check frame channel dimensions for fit.

Sold as a single unit. Pairs or multiples may be required depending on your window configuration—consult your window specification or hardware supplier if unsure of quantity needed.

Standard and Express orders are shipped within 1–2 business days, provided they do not contain special-order items. Special-order items may require additional processing time, which will be noted on the product page.
